We have many automated processes, which means minimal finishing on the items as well as a well-built quality control system, leading to overall lower costs for you.

Although we are sharpest in laser cutting, our biggest strength is the interaction between all workstations in iron, stainless steel and aluminium sheet metal work. We provide counseling from the phase of idea and developing, where we can contribute with maturing and completion of 3D drawings and prototype production. Welding

WELDING TIG, MIG, MAG Manual welding is performed by certified welders in EN ISO 9606-1 and EN ISO 9606-2 Robot welding on 3 FANUC/Migatronic robots. 2 of the robot cells are equipped with two manipulators and rail mounted robot. The third cell is fitted with carousel and a fixed robot. Maximum item size 1500mm x 4000mm, 2 tons. All operators are certified by EN ISO 14732 CERTIFICATION: The welding workshop is certified according to DS/EN ISO 3834-2 Manufactoring and welding of structural parts up to EXE 3 in steel, stainless steel and aluminium is performed according to DS/EN ISO 1090. QUALITY: We have our own certified welding coordination staff for welding planning, WPS preparation, parameter checking etc. For third party control and NDT, we collaborate with an external company.

Folding

We have 9 folding machines – 8 edge presses and 1 swing folder – in all sizes and with different folding tonnages. We fold up to 4.000 mm in length and have machines with a capacity up to 320 tons, so we are ready to armwrestle with most folding tasks.

But it’s not all about strength. Experience is of great importance, and we have many years of experience across many industries, where we have come to know about numerous different folding tasks.

Deburring

Many of our customers want deburred items.

We have two systems for deburring of plates, two systems for fling cleaning and a section where we can round edges with radius 1 or 2 in preperation for surface treatment in high corrosion classes.

We can also offer deburring by vibrations, which is a very cost-effective deburring process. It is especially useful for smaller items or already folded items.

Surface treatment

We cooperate with experts in powder and wet coating, hot dip and electric galvanizing, dip staining and anodizing, depending on wishes and material.

We have extensive experience in preparing items for surface treatment.

We are in complete control of all the processes in the production halls. But what is equally important is that we can document it. We have an efficient system that keeps track of all processes, from the supplier of the raw material to the final product.
